Terms of service
The terms for using Burrow & Brew, provided by Kronovi Corporation.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the Burrow & Brew news curation service and this website, provided by Kronovi Corporation (“Kronovi,” “we,” “us”). The app asks you to accept these terms and authorize the AI processing described in our privacy policy when creating an account. If an update requires renewed acceptance, personalized AI processing pauses until you accept the updated bundle. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must have legal capacity to agree, or authorization from a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
2. App license
The license for the app downloaded from the App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different app license is expressly supplied through the App Store. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace Apple’s standard EULA or the applicable App Store terms. Kronovi Corporation provides the service; Apple is not responsible for operating our news curation service.
3. Your account
Sign in with Apple is used to create and authenticate your account. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account and device secure and for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, share access in ways that bypass subscription restrictions, or submit false information. You can sign out or delete your account in the app’s Settings.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Paid access is purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, and any trial or offer before you confirm. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled under the terms shown by Apple. Any trial converts to a paid subscription as disclosed at purchase unless canceled in time.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through the app’s Manage Subscription action or Apple’s subscription settings. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple under its applicable policies; visit Apple’s purchase support. These terms do not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.
5. News content and AI curation
Burrow & Brew retrieves RSS content, applies your source preferences and filters, and uses AI to help curate articles and explain relevance. News comes from third-party publishers and remains subject to their rights and terms. Links may lead to paywalled, changed, removed, or unavailable content. A subscription to Burrow & Brew does not include access to a publisher’s paid content.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. We do not guarantee that all relevant articles will be found or that relevance judgments or summaries are correct. Check the original source before relying on a story. Content is provided for general information, not as professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
Scheduled checks and notifications depend on service availability, source availability, subscription access, and device settings. The service does not promise uninterrupted access or delivery of every update.
6. Your instructions and feedback
You retain your rights in instructions, filters, and feedback you submit. You give Kronovi permission to store, process, and transmit that content to service providers as necessary to operate and personalize the service, including AI processing described in the Privacy policy. You must have the rights needed to submit content and feed URLs. Avoid confidential information or credentials in instructions and feedback.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, interfere with service operation, or submit sources you are not authorized to access. Do not use automated requests to abuse our infrastructure. We may restrict access reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address material violations of these terms.
8. Ownership
Kronovi and its licensors retain rights in the app, service software, branding, and website. Third-party news and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of that material or give permission to redistribute publisher content beyond the rights provided by the publisher and applicable law.
9. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy policy explains how information is processed. You can remove your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes account-associated data from the active service database and ends access to it. Certain provider logs, backups, or legally required records may have separate retention periods. Cancel any Apple subscription separately.
10. Changes and service availability
We may maintain, update, or change service features. If we materially change these terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. The updated terms will show a revised effective date. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel future subscription renewals. Your applicable consumer rights remain intact.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kronovi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections, including rights applicable to digital services.
12. Questions and disputes
We encourage you to contact Kronovi Corporation about service issues so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or remove rights you have under applicable law.
