Sources and updates

Add and manage RSS sources in Sources. Focus instructions describe what you want from each source; the global filter applies across sources. Our server checks for new articles every 15 minutes. Pulling to refresh downloads the latest available results; it does not start a new AI curation pass.

Something missing from your inbox?

Check Main Feed for the unfiltered stories, confirm the source is active, and adjust its focus instructions or the global filter. Use “Not a Match” on an Inbox article to give feedback. If a source shows a fetch error, use the retry action when available.

Notifications and Quiet Hours

Manage notifications and Quiet Hours in Settings. Check your iPhone’s notification permissions if alerts are missing. Quiet Hours suppress notifications; matching articles still arrive in your Inbox.

Subscriptions and refunds

Open Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or visit Apple’s subscription settings. Use Apple’s purchase support for eligible refund requests. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Account and data

Use the same Apple account to sign in again. To permanently remove your Burrow & Brew account, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. For more controls, see Privacy choices.
